i love this lady.
she knows who she is, where she's headed, and who she's going to be with.

“we shall turn round and look upon [the valley of death] and think,
when we have crossed it,
why this is the greatest advantage of my whole existence,
for i have passed from a state of sorrow, grief, mourning, woe, misery, pain, anguish and disappointment
into a state of existence, where i can enjoy life to the fullest extent
as far as that can be done without a body.
my spirit is set free,
i thirst no more,
i want to sleep no more,
i hunger no more,
i tire no more,
i run,
i walk,
i labor,
i go,
i come,
i do this,
i do that,
whatever is required of me,
nothing like pain or weariness,
i am full of life,
full of vigor,
and i enjoy the presence of my Heavenly Father”

Such a sweet thought that I hadn't quite thought about, they did get to go to church together today! It is definitely a bittersweet time for us right now. So happy for her! I'll be seeing you soon. Hope you are hanging in there.
Love it! The pictures are priceless.
I stumbled upon your blog while googling Grandma's name. Yes, I'm a cousin even though I don't recognize you. :-) I'm one of Marshall's. Your blog brought tears to my eyes as I sit and reflect upon the life of our lovely grandmother. Thank you for your words. She is such a heroine and example in my life as well. A very elect lady. I love her too. What a joyous reunion yesterday! Maybe I'll meet you on Saturday. Either way, thank you for your tribute (and back in 2009 about the Martin Harris pagent). Loved it!
Love, your cousin, Kathy
What a beautiful picture of you and Grandma!! Love your choice of words here too. It was so great to see you! Wish it could have been longer, I got to hang out with your family the Sunday I left. We missed you! Hope your trip to Washington went well!
