cruise part 1.

we had so much fun on our caribbean cruise this past week.

it started with yummy refreshments, seats that laid down, and a beautiful view as we flew to miami.

soaking in the first couple rays of sun at the hotel:

after lots of crazy lines to get on the ship, we finally set sail for jamaica!
it was a beautiful night leaving miami.

we were at sea the whole next day.
it was pretty cold/windy, but that didn't stop us from laying out on the deck.

j + w agree that the trip would not have been so fun without his siblings there.
we skipped the first formal dinner for a family dinner on the back deck.

bright and early the next morning we pulled into port at ocho rios, jamaica.
our theme for the day was: 'no problem, man'

we loaded a van and went to dunn's falls.
it is a big waterfall that you can hike up.
josh, his dad, and the brother-in-laws enjoyed the hike, while us girls took pictures.

our favorite part of the day was meeting up with some local jamaican distributors.
they had a whole table set up with tons of fruits.
most of which we had never tried before. i wish i got some close ups of the fruit.
they were beautiful and so delicious.
it was really cool to meet these people and try all their treats,
even though they did try to poison baby by putting rum in the punch.
don't worry, josh stopped me right before i took a drink.

after our day in jamaica, we reboarded and set sail for labadee, haiti.
and of course, everyone that goes on a cruise has to get a picture with the towel animals right?
ta dah!

to be continued...
