we went to the midwives today for my 16 week check up. (we did it a little early)
we were really hoping she'd let us have an early ultrasound to follow up on a few things and find out the gender....
but alas,
the baby's heartbeat was strong and steady (160 bpm)
and there were no signs of complications (which we are so grateful for).
so for now the gender remains a mystery.
we scheduled our 20 week ultrasound for february 25.
that means we have 32 more days of calling the baby it.
i keep waiting for those mommy intuitions to kick in... nothing yet.
i am going to start a poll on the sidebar for people to vote what they think.

Yay for everything being ok but BOOOO for not finding out what gender. I can't wait to hear what IT is :)
