dancing

then: when we were dating, josh took a country western dance class just for me. he learned lots and taught me some. we went dancing a few times and i would spend the whole night laughing. it was so fun. he was pretty good. he had the counting down and everything. anyways, here we are over a year ago at a ward party. we tried to sneak away so j could teach me some new dance moves, but the paparazi found us. (which is okay, because now we have these pictures to go along with the memory)

now: often times, in the evening when j gets back from work or school, he comes home and finds me in the kitchen either finishing, or cleaning up after making dinner. i love the welcome home hugs. they tend to linger and ultimately cause us to start dancing in the kitchen. we talk about our days, sometimes he spins me, a little dip here and there, and always a kiss or two.

"we dance for laughter, we dance for tears, we dance for madness, we dance for fears, we dance for hopes, we dance for screams, we are the dancers,
we create the dreams. "

Now you have spoken to my heart! I LOVE to dance probably more than anything in this world! And my husband is a great dancer as well. We used to dance at youth dances when we were teenagers. But do you know in 10 years of marriage he has only danced with me about twice and that is when we have gone on 2 cruises. I can't get the boy to go out dancing with me, unless it is on a cruise! I guess we will have to go on more cruises! Now I will say... he does dance with me alot around the house too out of the blue, but I want to go out and go dancing! Maybe one day...
