yes it is almost the middle of april, and it is snowing outside. lame
we ran out for a few minutes to get a new bump picture for maryjane.
i decided not to do a big long post about my week in washington dc, because really is was lots of classes, lots of posters, and a few afternoons free to explore.
but i thought i would throw up a few of my favorite shots.

there is something so sacred about the war monuments.
i love love love these sculptures and the emotions seen on the faces of those young men.
i am grateful for the men and women who have served and are serving our country.
i am such a nerd when it comes to history and learning about how our country came to be.
i love museums and monuments.
i love our founding fathers and the values they stood for.
i believe the constitution was inspiration from God,
and am so grateful for the freedoms and protections it provides...

i sure did miss this sweet boy...

and was happy to come home!
