i am going to start posting inspirations for my dream house one day.
what better place to start than a library.
j and i both love books.
we both love american history books.
j leans towards politics.
i sway towards bibliographies.
j reads a book once and remembers it for years
on the other hand, i love rereading books over and over because i always forget what happens so it is always like a new book.
we both have way too many textbooks and no where to put them.
one day i will have a shelf in a library like the one above for them.
till then, under the couch works great!

one of our first purchases here in NC was three really tall ikea bookshelves. obviously they're not going to last forever being from ikea, but we needed a good place to put all our books. so it feels like we're already starting our library! whohooo.
